Pilgrimage to Poland for the 25th anniversary of the Entrustment of the World to Divine Mercy in 2027

Morning: Arrival in Kraków. Transfer to the accommodation and check-in.
Afternoon: Tour of Kraków’s historic Old Town, including Wawel Hill, the Royal Castle and the Cathedral. Walk through the city centre, including a visit to the former Bishop’s Palace of John Paul II, St Mary’s Church and the Franciscan Church. The tour concludes at the Main Market Square with the famous Cloth Hall. Holy Mass.
Evening: Dinner.

Morning: Visit to the famous Wieliczka Salt Mine with its underground tunnels, salt sculptures and the impressive Salt Chapel. Holy Mass and return journey to Kraków.
Afternoon: At leisure.

Morning: Journey to Wadowice, the birthplace of Saint John Paul II. Visit to his family home, now a museum, and the church where he was baptised. Holy Mass.
Afternoon: Visit to the pilgrimage site at the Bernardine Monastery in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. This pilgrimage site comprises a vast landscaped park, within which are the 15 Stations of the Cross and the chapels dedicated to the Mysteries of the Rosary. Return to Kraków.
Evening: Dinner.

Morning: Visit to the sanctuary dedicated to Saint John Paul II, which is situated opposite the Shrine of Divine Mercy. Tour of the new basilica. Holy Mass.
Afternoon: Visit to the Convent of Saint Faustina Kowalska. Prayer before the icon of the Merciful Jesus and participation in the Chaplet of Divine Mercy at 3.00 pm. This will be followed by a meeting with a nun from the convent, who will talk about the life and spirituality of Saint Faustina. Return to the accommodation.
Evening: Dinner.

Morning: Day at the Shrine of Divine Mercy to mark the 25th anniversary of the Entrustment of the World to Divine Mercy. Attendance at the international Mass on the forecourt of the shrine.
Afternoon: Another visit to the miraculous icon of the Merciful Christ and recitation of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. The rest of the afternoon is free (the exact programme of events is yet to be announced). Return to the accommodation.
Evening: Dinner.

Morning: Journey to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and a brief visit to Camp No. 1, including the cell where Saint Maximilian Kolbe gave his life for a prisoner sentenced to death. Onward journey to Częstochowa.
Afternoon: Visit to the Marian shrine of the Black Madonna of Jasna Góra. Although there have been no apparitions here, as there were in Łagiewniki, the Blessed Virgin Mary has been deeply venerated at this site for centuries. Tour of the shrine, the basilica and the Chapel of the Miraculous Virgin. Holy Mass. Time at leisure.
Prayer vigil in the Chapel of the Merciful Icon with the traditional "closing" of the image, accompanied by hymns in honour of the Virgin Mary, the patron saint of Poland.
Evening: Check-in at the accommodation in Częstochowa. Dinner.

Morning: Journey to the Shrine of Saint Faustina in Świnice Warckie—the place of her birth, baptism, and childhood, where she lived until the age of sixteen. Onward journey to Niepokalanów.
Afternoon: Visit to the Shrine of the "City of the Immaculate Mother of God", founded by the Saint Maximilian Kolbe, a Franciscan friar. Here he gathered more than 800 Franciscan friars, who worked in the printing press for evangelisation and the distribution of the magazine "Knights of the Immaculata", which is still published worldwide today. Holy Mass. Onward journey to Warsaw.
Evening: Check-in at the accommodation in Warsaw. Dinner.

Morning: A Holy Mass in the St Stanislaus Kostka Church, which houses the tomb of Blessed Jerzy Popieluszko – a Catholic priest and resistance fighter against the communist dictatorship whose legacy is still revered today, making the church an important pilgrimage site in Warsaw.
Afternoon: Tour of Warsaw city centre, which was completely destroyed during the Second World War and subsequently rebuilt true to the original.
Evening: Dinner.

Morning: Transfer to the airport. Return flight.
