New Year's Eve Trip to Gdansk 2026/2027

Morning: Arrival in Gdańsk followed by a transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon: A guided walk through the Main Town introduces Gdańsk’s rich history and its pivotal role as the birthplace of the Solidarity Movement (Solidarność). The programme includes visits to St. Bridget’s Church, the Monument to the Fallen Shipyard Workers of 1970, and the exhibition at the European Solidarity Centre, illustrating the movement’s contribution to Poland’s transition to democracy.
Evening: Dinner.

Morning: An excursion to Malbork features a guided visit to the magnificent castle of the Teutonic Order, the largest brick fortress in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the return journey to Gdańsk, a stop in Pelplin includes a visit to its impressive Cistercian basilica, one of Poland’s finest examples of monastic architecture.
Afternoon: Time at leisure for individual exploration of Gdańsk.
Evening: The year concludes with a festive dinner at the hotel, followed by a New Year’s Eve celebration with music, entertainment, and the welcoming of the New Year in a festive atmosphere.

Afternoon: A guided tour through Gdańsk’s historic Main Town explores the city’s rich Hanseatic heritage. Highlights include the Long Market, the Town Hall, Neptune’s Fountain, Artus Court, the historic waterfront, Mariacka Street, and the magnificent St. Mary’s Church.
Evening: The day concludes with dinner at a traditional Old Town restaurant, featuring authentic Kashubian specialties.

Morning: Time at leisure to enjoy the lasts moments in Gdańsk before the return journey.
